Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things.
You know that stuck feeling you sometimes get? That feeling where you just don't totally feel like yourself, things in life just don't seem to be going the right way, and you just want to get back into a good momentum? That's an energetic build up that you have, and it's causing a blockage of your energetic flow. I like to tap into the Chakras and use Reiki to clear out any stagnant energy that needs to be released. With the use of Reiki, candles, crystals, and sound healing techniques, I will clear out any negative energy holding you back from your fullest potential. After our session you will begin to feel lighter and more energized to do the things that bring you joy and live in alignment.
